These two almost seem connected, like tey're part of the same strory. In the above image we have the innocent character wistful for adventure, seeming unaware that somewhere in a deeper darker part of the ocean, her Dark Nemesis is planning her demise, and also viewing her every move in that crystal ball she's holding.

Very Beautiful, I really like the top drawing! Wonderful skill on those "hands". Great expression on her face. She seems to have lost her sea-shells!

Awesome work! Wonder what she's seeing in the pearl... maybe she's keeping an eye us landlubbers? Great composition – nice use of negative space.
