While I would love to see the refined version, I think it looks great exactly the way it is now. I especially like the way you rendered the ocean waves.
I agree, it looks great already, you could totally animate it with a Persopolis-style cut outs. Sweet!!
do like the abstract nature of this scene. would like to see an interpretation of the monsters in a similar style if possible.
