On behalf of the Mermaid Union, they're tired of being discrimminated against.Thee are few roles in the public eye for mermaids and it always seems to go to the ones who are deemed "socially acceptable" and by who, HUMANS? are humans now setting the standard for Mermaid beauty? I think not. Theres a lot of money being mismanaged under the table so were currently in court fighting this out. In the meantime, Im happy to see that more artists are being brave enough to come out with more unconvential mermaid images. Its forward thinking like this here on Art jumble that makes it the excellent Progressive website that it is.

I can't tell you how much I love the little baby mermaid with her tusks. Really, I can't. 'Bout bust a gut laughing over her languid looks. Truly inspired or is that insipid? An instant classic.
