Imaginary buddies will never diss you

First time posting, i am galvo, or gabo whatever you prefer! all you cats got such fresh ideas, i love feeding off of them like an overweight suburban momma... onto the ARTE.

I've known a few kids who went to private school, but totally didnt have the money for all the luxuries you would imagine private school children would have... so that got me thinking... poor private school kids need servants too right?
Remember back in the day when videogames and the interent didnt govern our lives? Back in the day when a box was the coolest thing you could ever find to play space ranger?

Great! They look like illustrations from what you would see in a children's book. Nice water coloring on both - the city scape + reflection is nice in the first one.

i adore both of these pictures.

the first one reminds me of the kind of "imaginary friend" i always wanted. the big, burly silent type that would take care of you and protect you.

the second picture takes me back to a very specific time when i took two brown paper bags and made an airplane out of them. i cut one in half and used the two halves as the wings, taping and gluing them on the sides of the whole bag, which i was able to crawl about halfway into. i cut a hole out of the bottom so i could see . . . and the skies were the limit.

good times, good times. thanks for that walk down memory lane.
