Hey guys thanks for the comments! Much appreciated. And yeh I forgot to say which cartoon... It was actually the animated Mr Bean - but the style is very similar to The Fairly Odd Parents.

I guessed MR BEAN right away! Fiarly Odd Parents does also have the thick outline, but the hands are very distinct to Mr. Bean. Lets see it colored!
